Tip Manchester United Brighton
on 10 November 2019
Fresh from a 3-0 Europa League win over FK Partizan, tenth-placed Manchester United remain at the Old Trafford where they take on eighth team Brighton in the twelveth round of the English Premiership. Greenwood, Martial and Rashford were behind the goals against Partizan, a victory that helped United secure their position at the top of Group L. The Red Devils have had a slow takeoff this season and are three positions behind where they were at this time last year. As it stands Ole Gunnar needs to come up with a water tight plan that will henceforth gain wins for his side, which has only won once in six league games. In addition, the team has until now been struggling at home, where they have won twice in five league games. But it is encouraging for Gunnar to know that his team has not failed to score in any of their last twelve games at home. Visitors Brighton were ranked 12th at this point of the season and appear to be steadily climbing up the table after securing three wins in their last four games. Coach Graham Potter will, however, exercise caution in this match as his team has not had luck in recent away games, losing all three of their last fixtures on the road. Brighton have also not been in great striking form and have only scored one goal in four away matches. In addition, Brighton have not won at Old Trafford in the past two seasons.
Our bet explained
- United have won twice in five home games.
- United have scored at least one goal in their last twelve home games.
- Brighton have lost three of their last four away games.
- Brighton have only scored one goal in four away games.
- Brighton have not beat United at Old Trafford.
Our Manchester United Brighton tip
Manchester United will go into the weekend match bearing a home advantage that they will capitalize on for a victory against Brighton. It will, certainly, not be an easy victory but we do not see a situation where the match will end in nothing short of a United victory.
