ARTICLE 1 - PREAMBLE – ORGANISING COMPANY

The Web2sports company registered in the UK under the number 066 498 12, who has their headquarters at PENHURST HOUSE OFFICE 15352-356 BATTERSEA PARK ROAD LONDON SW11 3BY, has a community platform of forecasting games and free sports betting for an undefined duration of time on their site, http://www.sospronostics.com.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY.

The site, as well as its text and graphic content attached to it are the property of the Web2sports company.

All total or partial reproduction, unauthorised use of these brands, logos and signs constitutes as an infringement of criminal sanctions under Article L.713-2 of the Intellectual Property Code.

Participation in the points competition on the http://www.SosBettingTips.com.com site requires full acceptance of the present regulation by the participants and its application by the organizing company.

ARTICLE 2 – GENERAL CONDITIONS OF THE GAME

This game is open to anyone above 18 years of age , with the exception of employees of the company organising the game and members of their families, as well as people who worked on the design of the http://www.SosBettingTips.com.com site or its competitions.

Registrations are limited to one per household. Registration on the http://www.SosBettingTips.com.com site is for a limited amount of time, without prejudice to the right of each party to unilaterally terminate, at any point, without notice or reasoning, the contractual relations.

ARTICLE 3 – REIMBURSEMENT OF PARTICIPATION FEES

In accordance with Article L. 121-36 of the Consumer Code, access to the site and the participation in games which are offered free and independently, ensures that the cost of connecting to the site, exposed by the participant, will be reimbursed according to the terms below. The updating of points is only done once a day, the awarding of points is not immediate and requires a period of about 24 hours. The user can then convert their points into real prizes by using the "Prizes" section.

The list of actions earning you points can be changed at any point, without informing the participants. The points obtained by each action can also be changed, the effects will not be backdated and they will only concern the actions made after the changes.

The arguments are subjected to moderation. If the moderators of the SosBettingTips.com site feel that the argument has no valuable reasoning (based on statistics, the composition of teams, etc), the player who posted will not have any points linked to this argument.

The prizes won cannot be exchanged for others, nor for their price or their value.

The postal address declared by the player on their account must not in any case include the name or surname of anyone other than the account holder which they declared at the time of their registration. After verifying the conditions for granting the prize or profit in question, the participant will be informed by Sosgamlbling via an email.

SosBettingTips.com.com will ship, the prize or prizes, within a period of 90 days maximum. If the company finds that they are, notably due a lack of supplier’s stock of prizes or reorganisation or judicial liquidation of the supplier, unable to ship the prize within 90 days, the participant may not claim any compensation from SosBettingTips.com.

ARTICLE 5 – CHANGE IN THE RULES

SosBettingTips.com.com reserves the full right to change the current rules at any point in time. These changes are enforceable from the moment they are put on line.

If the participant does not agree with the new rule, they should show their refusal on SosBettingTips.com.com via an email. This refusal will result in the immediate termination of the participant’s account without giving them the right to any compensation.

Every participant who wins a prize or a profit is commited to control all levies, taxes, social charges or any other eventual fees of any kind, which may be due under the law.
